• Third Party Authorization Form 
• Academic Resume
• Letters of Recommendation
  • prefer from a principal or principal designee
  • prefer from a teacher in area of degree interest
• Official High School Transcript
• Official SAT or ACT test scores

Application packets should be clearly marked as ACE APPLICATION on envelope.
