Welcome to ACE!

The Accelerated Collegiate Experience (ACE) at Florida Gulf Coast University is designed to bring a unique educational experience to qualified junior and senior high school students. The program provides seamless full-time study at Florida Gulf Coast University in which students earn college credit while simultaneously completing a high school diploma. Additionally, the program is designed to provide co-curricular experiences to further enhance appreciation for learning, critical thinking and connection to our community and environment. The ACE program seeks applicants who:

  • have a high motivation for academic success
  • have experience and readiness for high-level and demanding study
  • have interest in participating in stimulating and challenging classes and co-curricular activities
  • have demonstrated responsibility for themselves and have respect for others
