Vendor Visits and Loction
We prefer appointments, but all vendors are welcomed during the following times:
9:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Please avoid lunch hour drop-ins (we have to eat too!).
Regular University office hours are: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Procurement Services is the point of contact for all departments. Vendors may provide information to the Procurement Services staff for our library and/or for dissemination to departments but are requested not to make direct contact with departmental staff unless so initiated by the department.
Procurement Services is located in McTarnaghan Hall.

| Go south on I-75 to Exit 128 (formerly Exit 20), Alico Road. Go east off of the exit to Ben Hill Griffin Parkway, turn right and go two miles to the FGCU entrance. Turn left onto FGCU Blvd. Turn left at three way stop. McTarnaghan Hall is located to the left of the flagpoles at the main entrance to campus. |
