For Summer and Fall Freshman applicants.
FGCU has limited the number of first time in college students (including Early Admission Applicants) for the 2008/2009 academic year due to statewide budget cuts. We have now reached our capacity for Summer and Fall 2008 and any further applicants meeting our admission requirements will be placed on a waitlist. This waitlist applies to students whose applications are still in progress as well as any new applicants. Students placed on the waitlist will be notified as space becomes available.

Due to the tremendous interest in Florida Gulf Coast University, we have developed an admission calendar that provides definitive deadlines.
We are currently accepting applications for the following terms: Fall 2008 and Spring 2009.
