Accelerated Collegiate Experience


The FGCU Accelerated Collegiate Experience (ACE) is a unique early admission program. FGCU Accelerated Collegiate Experience (ACE) admission is geared toward highly motivated and exceptionally qualified 11th and 12th grade high school students. FGCU ACE has degree programs for students who desire careers in mathematics, science, engineering, or education. Students are able to choose a degree program within the College of Arts and Sciences, College of Education, U.A. Whitaker School of Engineering, College of Health Professions, and College of Professional Studies . FGCU ACE students are able to simultaneously work toward a specific degree at FGCU while also completing their high school graduation requirements.

Applicants are encouraged to apply as early as possible.  The application and all official supporting documents must be submitted two weeks prior to the deadline for admissions for the requested entry date. Transcripts and test scores received and opened by the university may not be transferred to a third party or the applicant and become the sole property of FGCU.  Admission deadlines for ACE applicants are as follows:

*PLEASE NOTE:  This is a decision deadline NOT an application deadline.  In order to register for the requested term of entry, an admission decision must be made by the date above.  This means that all required official documentation must be sent to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at least 2 WEEKS prior to this date.
