What To Do On Campus
The campus of FGCU is an exciting place to be! As campus grows, so do the traditions and events provided to our campus community. With over 100 different types of Clubs and Organizations to choose from, there are many opportunities for students to socialize and meet new friends. Students may enjoy using the athletic facilities through Campus Recreation in their free time. Or they may choose to attend any of the Florida Gulf Coast University hosted events, concerts, and specialty lectures which are typically free to students. The Student Union and the new four-story library are popular campus hang outs for catching up with friends and studying. Students also have a wide range of on-campus dinning options:
The Perch - Located in the Student Union Building: The Perch is our largest dining facility. It serves as an all-you-care-to-eat buffet and it also provides a la carte services for students. A daily change on our meal selection always gives students an exciting menu to choose from. Traditional meals such as chicken tenders and hamburgers are also provided.
