Returning Student Admission
A former student returning is any former FGCU degree-seeking undergraduate student who has not earned a degree, who has not been enrolled at FGCU in any of the last 3 terms, and who wishes to re-enroll. The former student must submit a new admissions application by the appropriate application deadline. A new application fee is not required. Students in good academic standing who are re-applying to limited access programs are NOT guaranteed re-admission to that program. To be readmitted to FGCU, a student must:
- Be in good standing and eligible to return to the last institution attended, including FGCU.
Former FGCU students not in good standing and wishing to return should refer to the 'Former Student Returning' portion of the Undergraduate Admission section of the current catalog for information.
All returning students are encouraged to familiarize themselves with application deadlines and general information regarding the process of re-admission to Florida Gulf Coast University. Please read over the Returning Student Admission Requirements before re-applying. Failure to do so may cause delay in application processing.
