Schedule a Visit
The best way to evaluate a college or university is to spend time with its students,
faculty, and administrators.
Reservations can be made in the following ways:
Once you have requested a tour, please wait to receive a confirmation from us before
finalizing travel plans. If your requested date and time is available, we will confirm your
tour appointment with a confirmation e-mail message or via a phone call (if no e-mail
is provided). We may not be able to accommodate all requested dates and times, but
our team will work hard to find a time that works best with your schedule - we want
you to see our fabulous campus!
Campus Tour Hours
(for groups of 9 or less)
Monday and Friday: Tours available at 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: Tours available only at 10:00 a.m.
Please make reservations for your tour as early as possible (no later than 72 hours
in advance) as FGCU is a very popular campus to visit and our tours do fill up. All
scheduled campus tours leave from the Welcome Center near the main entrance of
campus. All visitors are asked to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to their scheduled tour.
Group Tour Hours
(for groups of 10 or more)
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: After 11:30 a.m.
Monday and Friday: Between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. or at 3:30 p.m.
The tour takes approximately 1.5 hours and is driving and walking. Our tour guides
are also admissions representatives and will be answering any questions about
admissions and providing information packets. If you are traveling by bus, you will simply
need to stop by the Welcome Center and the tour guides will then join your group and
direct the bus drivers enroute to begin the tour. To make a group tour reservation, please
contact Rachel via e-mail at rkazor@fgcu.edu.
The tour routes are accessible to wheelchairs.
* Please notify us 72 hours in advance for any special accommodations that will
need to be made.
We do not offer tours on dates when the campus is closed. We also have need to close
tours due to peak season and large numbers of early tour reservations. We will do our
best to accommodate all visitors, however, it is not always possible due to space limitations.
If we are unable to accommodate a guided tour for you, we will be happy to supply you
with information on taking a self-guided tour - just stop in the Welcome Center.
