The Welcome Center team is a family of individuals who are passionate about sharing their love of FGCU with you! The positions are highly sought after and team members are carefully chosen after an intense audition process. Our team members not only greet visitors and give tours of campus, but also are the voices you talk with when calling the Admissions toll-free line. In addition to campus tours and answering phones, we also organize mailings to prospective students, organize and host the Eagle EXPO Open Houses, and provide special assistance to offices needing campus representatives at various events. As the “Concierge” of campus, our team members are prepared to provide top-notch customer service to each and every visitor to campus.
If you would like to be considered to be a part of our Welcome Center team for Summer 2015, our application is currently available and due in the Welcome Center by noon on Thursday, April 30, 2015. We will be reviewing applications as they are submitted and qualified candidates will be invited to participate in our Auditions on Friday, May 1, 2015.
