The Alumni Association's reunions and alumni weekends are an opportunity for alumni to return to campus, reunite with old friends, and make new ones. The Office of Alumni Relations and the FGCU Alumni Association were proud sponsors of the All Alumni Weekend 2008.
All Alumni Weekend 2008
An inaugural all-years reunion was scheduled for May 2-4, 2008. Graduates from all classes were invited to return to campus and celebrated with an alumni dinner, campus tours and family activities. The weekend will also payed special tribute to the Classes of '98 and '03 in honor of their tenth- and fifth-year celebrations.

Schedule of Events: University BarbecueFriday, May 2 at 6:30 p.m.
Location: Outdoors at the Alumni Patio
Launch your reunion celebration by attending the University "Show your Spirit" Barbecue. Relax and mingle with fellow alumni while sharing in a barbecue meal catered by Shane's Rib Shack. A cash bar will also be available. This family event is a great way to start a fun-filled weekend!
Show your pride and wear your Eagle gear! The person with the most spirit will win a $50 gift card to the FGCU Bookstore!
Coffee and Conversation with the President
Saturday, May 3 at 10:30 a.m.
Location: Academic Building 5 - Lecture Hall
Enjoy a cup of coffee, brunch, and an opportunity to hear from FGCU's 3rd President, Wilson G. Bradshaw, Ph.D.
Family Water Activities
Saturday, May 3 at 1 p.m.
Location: Campus Housing Waterfront
Bring your family and splash around at the waterfront. Participate in activities such as canoeing, paddle-boating, kayaking, swimming, horseshoes, relaxing in the sun, and more.
Campus Tours
Saturday, May 3 at 1 p.m.
Location: Tours will leave from Academic Building 5
All aboard. . .learn about the growing campus at FGCU, its history, the many campus changes, and what the future holds. Free tours begin and end at Academic Building 5 and include an optional drop-off location for activities by the Waterfront.

April 2008 graduates have until April 28, 2008 to register for events! Advance registration for events is required so we may provide the correct number of seats, food and handouts. To RSVP please email your reservations to

Confirmation: Confirmation of your reunion registration will be emailed to you after the reservation deadline of
April 21, 2008.
Cancellations/Refunds: Requests for cancellations and refunds must be submitted in writing (by mail, fax or e-mail) to our office by 5 p.m.,
April 21, 2008. "No shows" will not be refunded.
