Certification Course Registration (Lifeguarding and CPR)
We now accept 24 hour, online registration. Please visit our online store to register and pay with credit cards.
Onsite registration forms can also be picked up at the Aquatics Center anytime during open hours. Check or cash only for onsite registration.
On-Site registration for certification courses and programs is available:
Monday through Friday, 11am-7pm
Registering one week in advance is recommended as classes fill up fast. All forms must be filled out in entirety to secure placement in the course.
Payment is due upon registration.
Lifeguard Classes
The American Red Cross lifeguard course are a must for anyone who likes to work outside, enjoys working with people, and enjoys a challenge. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a lifeguarding, first-aid, CPR, and AED certification. Lifeguarding and first aid are valid for three (3) years and the CPR and AED are valid for one (1) year. Participant's must possess fair swimming ability.

General Public - $200.00 (full), $125 (challenge)
CPR / First Aid / AED Class
CPR, First-Aid, and AED certifications are a must for anyone who works with or will be working with the public on a regular basis. Many of the colleges at FGCU require the certification for entry into a program or for graduation. This course includes Adult, Child, and Infant (CPR, First Aid, and AED).
