Rental Packages
Whether celebrating a birthday party, having a family reunion, or training with a team, the Aquatics Center at FGCU has the rental option that is right for you. If you do not see something listed below that would make your event unique, just ask.
Please use the online reservation form to begin the reservation process. If you have any questions about a specific reservation please either call 239-590-7700 or email aquatics@fgcu.edu for answers.
Group Reservations (During Hours)
Groups must make reservations 48 hours in advance (September-April) and one week in advance (May-August). Groups must be comprised of at least 10 participants. Final reservations must be made with the Aquatics Programming Coordinator. Click here for our online reservation form. Groups are not guarenteed a discouted group reservation or space.
Group Reservation Rates:
$1.00 per person-Up to 2 Hours
$1.50 per person-Up to 3 Hours
$2.00 per person-Up to 4 Hours
Birthday Party Rental (During Hours)
Rental Package Includes: 
- One Large-one topping pizza per 5 swimming participants
- One canned drink per person
- Personal lifeguard assistance/supervision for two hours
- Semi-Private Shaded Area with table
- Access to all equipment; including diving boards, water basketball, kickboards, etc.
- Digital pictures on disk
- Complimentary children's pass for each swimming participant.
Rental Packages:
Package 1: $100.00 - Up to 10 swimmers.
Package 2: $135.00 - Up to 15 swimmers.
Package 3: $170.00 - Up to 20 swimmers.
NOTE: Package 3 includes 2 lifeguard assistants for two hours. $2.00 admission charge for each extra participant over package participant allowance. Additional pizzas and sodas must/may be purchased for groups over 20. Click here for our online reservation form.
Recreational 25-Yard Pool Rental (After Hours)
Rates:
University Non-Requisite $75.00/hour
Non-Profit Groups $85.00/hour
General Public/Private $95.00/hour
Rental Rate includes:
- 2 lifeguards
- Use of all equipment
- Semi-private shaded area with tables
- 25 pictures on c.d.
- Water basketball and/or volleyball set-up.

Recreational 25 Yard Pool Rental-Organized Events (During Hours)
Rate:$25.00/hour plus normal admission rates per person.
Rental Rate Includes:
- Allowance for group to bring in food and drink
- Semi-private area
- Semi-private shaded area with tables
- Use of all equipment included

Swim Team Practice Rates

 Rental Rate Includes:
- Access to the corresponding pool and reserved lanes
- Access to locker rooms
- Access to equipment such pull buoys, kickboards, and limited amounts of paddles and fins.
