Adding, Moving, Changing, or Removing Phones

All requests for service related to the University phone system are made by completing a Telecommunications Service Request form (TSRF) which can be accessed online here: Expected completion time is 5-7 business days. However, the Department of Telecommunications would appreciate as much notice as possible. A monthly and/or one-time charge may apply for requested service.
