Important Dates & Deadlines
Reminder: Committed encumbrances expire this month. Please work with Procurement to make sure all necessary transactions are completed.
Effective October 1, 2013 all salary increases have been applied. Re-evaluate your auxilary budgets to make sure funding is available for these increases.
The Budget Office is currently working on developing a Budget Training program for all interested employees that will be made available in the Spring. Please stay tuned for more information regarding this opportunity.

Budget Expenditure Report has been moved to the bottom of this page. Due to security concerns, you will now be prompted to log in using your email.login@FGCU.EDU and password for access. All FGCU faculty and staff with the user log in above have access.
Budget Transfer & Rate Amendment Request forms can now be edited. The new forms are available on the Forms page.

The Budget office assists Executive Management and the University community by compiling and disseminating information for planning and budgeting.

- Develop the University's Operating Budget
- Reconcile budget & legislative appropriations
- Monitor budgetary performance
- Manage rate and salary budget
- Respond to requests for information (both internal & external)
