Julianna Griffin teaches writing and literature, mostly to first-year students. As a First-Year Residence Experience faculty fellow, Julianna devotes most of her time teaching students in the residence halls and building community. Within the classroom, Julianna connects personal habits and goals to the writing process and to literature, encouraging students to foster a love of learning through a lens of personal connection.

In addition to being a teacher of writing, Julianna also holds a CELTA certification, which focuses on teaching English to speakers of other languages, and teaches yoga and mindfulness at the University and in the community.
