William "Bill" Reaney is the instructor of Music Fundamentals at Florida Gulf Coast University and the Director of Bands and Orchestra at Palmetto Ridge High School in Naples Florida. He received his bachelor's degree in Music Education from the University of Florida and his master of music education degree from the University of Southern Mississippi.
