Girls in Engineering, Math and Science

 
An exciting opportunity awaits you at Florida Gulf Coast University in the world of engineering, math & science.

A week-long summer academy held June 23-27, 2008 will provide a hands-on experience for middle school girls to engage in activities with science professionals in areas of molecular biology, field biology, astronomy, math, physics, human health, and engineering. The program is from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM each day. Friday will culminate with a speaker from the Kennedy Space Center.
