JOHN PATRICK GOLDEN, Visiting Instructor I in Management. Ed.D. in Leadership in Higher Education, Widener University School of Human Service Professions (2001) and M.S. in Human Resource Management, Widener University School of Management (1992).
Dr. Golden has worked for more than twenty years in his own organization development and management consulting practice. He is the author of the Golden Personality Type Profiler, The Values Arrangement List, The Values Arrangement List for Organizations and the ORA Student Personality Profiler, published in the by Pearson and The College Board in the US, as well as by leading international assessment publishers in France, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Australia, Russia, Holland, Hungary, Czechoslovakia. Product development in China and India are currently under development. Current research studies include the analysis of a data sample (N= 350,000) high school student personality survey data collected by The College Board, and the relationship between Golden Personality Type & Traits and Watson Glaser Critical Thinking Skills in collaboration with Pearson.
