Advanced Healthcare Management Program

 
 

Florida Gulf Coast University's Advanced Management Program is designed for experienced or high potential managers or persons in significant leadership roles who have identified a need for developing a stronger background and foundation in current management theories and practices.  The program offers a broad view of the essential tools, applications, and concepts required to succeed in today’s challenging and dynamic business environment.

In collaboration with the Lutgert College of Business, this course includes twelve 3-hour modules involving a multitude of formats plus a presentation on a project derived from the materials learned in this program.  Participants must attend a minimum of ten of the modules and complete and present a project in order to earn a certificate.
