Dynamics of Supervision I

The Dynamics of Supervision I is designed for the newly promoted first-time supervisor or the experienced supervisor who needs to sharpen and enhance specific skill sets. Each module explores an aspect of supervision and provides the participant with the knowledge and skills to function effectively in that role.

Whether on the factory floor, in the field, or an office setting, all supervisors can be better leaders by mastering the skill sets taught in this course.
