The Dynamics of Supervision II is designed for participants to examine more in-depth the qualities and development of effective leadership skills. The course, as with Dynamics of Supervision I, is interactive using role play and case studies for relevancy. Focus is placed on moving in a positive direction toward an effective TEAM and organizational development. At the end of each module, a mini assignment is given to reinforce the specific learning objectives. During the course, the instructor visits each participant at his/her work site.

This course consists of 6 modules (once a week) for 3 hours each module. Register now for the start of classes in Charlotte County.
