Karen is Director of Clinical Services for the NCH Healthcare Systems rehabilitation department of Naples, Bonita Springs, Marco Island and Immokalee, Florida. She is responsible for the daily operations of a three service, 8 site therapy department and 180 employees, including PT's, OT's, SLP's, TR's and support staff. This includes acute care delivery at two hospitals, a 60 bed inpatient rehabilitation unit and 6 outpatient rehab locations. Karen has been in therapy management for the past 20 years. She has been an adjunct faculty for the past two fall semesters teaching Management and Supervision in OT. Karen has also taught several continuing education courses and very briefly for an OTA program, one clinical course.
