Renee has come from The Weller Health Education Center; in Easton, Pa. to The Kleist Health Education Center, on Florida Gulf Coast University’s campus in Fort Myers, Florida. Renee has taught health and physical education in the public school setting for 13 years before moving to the health education center environment. Renee holds a Masters of Education Degree in Health Education and an Educational Specialist Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. Renée has worked in the health education center environment for 14 years.

She is currently enrolled in FGCU’s Doctoral program and is completing her dissertation in education. As Executive Director, her job responsibilities at The Kleist Health Education Center include: center administrative duties, teaching, health education program development, grant writing, program evaluation, supervision of health education health educators and student teachers, and marketing and center development. Her university duties include developing and teaching undergraduates courses in the area of health and community health education.
