If there are more applicants meeting the minimum requirements than there are places available in the AT program (16 per class), the applicants will be ranked using a score calculated as follows:
Total (sum of 3 categories) = _____ points
The 16 applicants with the highest number of points will be offered positions in the class. The other fully qualified students will be placed on a ranked alternate list, based on total points.
Students who have applied by the priority deadline advertised in program publications will always be given open positions prior to those applying after the priority deadline. If there are more than 16 applicants prior to the deadline, the rank order process will be used for all priority applicants prior to other applicants being considered.) to determine applicants offered admission. For priority consideration, all application materials must be received by February 1st of the year in which entry is sought. Application materials received after February 1st will be considered on a space-available basis. Admission decisions are made based on materials and coursework completed at the time of the application.
