FGCU Offers Educational Technology On Line Graduate Program
FORT MYERS, FL - Kindergarten to community college teachers and people in the business industry with training in technology will be interested in the Educational Technology On Line (ETOL) master's degree programs at Florida Gulf Coast University. FGCU designed the Master of Education (M.Ed.) program for those who already possess Florida teacher certification in any subject area and the Master of Arts (M.A.) program for those who do not have certification and will not seek it.
The ETOL programs offer 40 hours of credit in professional education and technology type courses. Full-time students can complete the program in four semesters.
Technology courses include integrating computers into the classroom, using computer networks, designing multimedia web pages and comparison of computer programming languages.
Registration for non-degree seeking students begins Monday, April 16 and continues through the first day of classes on Monday, May 14. Students can take up to three courses under non-degree seeking status.
FGCU is offering the course EME 6936-CRN 50111: Multimedia Development for the Web, this summer. As an accredited comprehensive public university, FGCU addresses higher educational needs and provides a learning-centered environment that offers high quality educational opportunities for the general public, such as providing online courses and other distance learning options.
