Charlotte County Residents Invited to Adult Education Fair to Learn About Educational Opportunities
FORT MYERS, FL - Charlotte Technical Center, Edison Community College-Charlotte and the Florida Gulf Coast University Charlotte Center present an Adult Education Fair to re-introduce adults in Charlotte County to educational opportunities, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., Tuesday, April 1 at the ECC Charlotte Campus in Punta Gorda.
The program focuses on the unique educational opportunities available for adult learners in the Charlotte area.
The public is invited to:
ĚLearn about courses and programs
ĚLearn about financial aid available for adults
ĚDiscover what careers are growing
ĚLearn how to turn previous college credits and current life experiences into an educational plan
ĚDiscover how distance learning makes it easier to work and go to school
ĚTalk to adults who have returned to school with successful results
The program is a unique opportunity for adult learners to meet with representatives from all three schools on behalf of over 20 different programs. Appointments or reservations are not necessary. Visitors are invited to drop in or start by attending presentations in the auditorium:
