FORT MYERS, FL - Florida Gulf Coast University invites prospective graduate students to attend the third annual Fall Harvest Open House to learn about graduate study opportunities at FGCU 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 4 in the Student Union.
The open house program offers information about graduate admission, financial aid and 20 graduate programs in business, education, health professions, professional studies and environmental science.
"FGCU's Fall Harvest Open House is the perfect event for individuals who are considering pursuing a change or advancement in their careers through obtaining a master's degree," assistant director of Graduate Admission Jennifer Hall said.
"The evening will provide an opportunity for students to interact with faculty members and gather information about the various programs, admissions and financial aid. Also, thanks to the generosity of USA Funds and National Education, a $500 scholarship will be awarded to two Fall Harvest participants."
During the event, the Graduate Admission and Financial Aid Workshop assists prospective students through the self-managed graduate application process and reviews the financial aid application process as well as strategies to assist graduate students in attaining financial assistance.
The Graduate Campus Tour gives participants an idea of how FGCU's innovative campus is designed to meet the needs of graduate students with the latest technology, computer classrooms and laboratories, and library facilities.
