FGCU Hosts Analytical Investigation Methods Seminar Aug. 15-19

FORT MYERS, FL -Florida Gulf Coast University invites criminal justice professionals and students to attend a five-day training seminar to learn about Analytical Investigation Methods 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily Monday through Friday, Aug. 15-19 at FGCU.

The course focuses on the basics of intelligence analysis techniques and is hosted by Anacapa Sciences, a premier trainer in the field from Santa Barbara, Calif., for law enforcement, the military and U.S. intelligence agencies. Anacapa provides methods for link analysis, development and assessment of inferences, analytical charting and concealed income analysis.

The course fee is $550. Students who attend may earn three elective undergraduate credits in criminal justice.

The FGCU Institute for Forensic Excellence, as part of the Center for Excellence in Public Safety and Law Enforcement, is funded by a grant award from the U.S. Department of Justice.
