FGCU Collegiate High School Hosts Public Information Night Nov. 20

FORT MYERS, FL - Florida Gulf Coast University Collegiate High School hosts a public information night 6 p.m., Monday, Nov. 20 in the Student Union ballroom for interested students and families to learn more about the program.

The FGCU Collegiate High School is aimed at high-achieving high school students. Collegiate High School students are either juniors or seniors. They attend FGCU full time and enroll in classes that meet the requirements for both high school diplomas and college freshman and sophomore years.

At the end of the two year program, FGCU Collegiate High School students will have earned high school diplomas and up to two years of college credit and/or an associate degree.

Approximately 30 students from the region will be accepted based on an admission process which includes transcripts, letters of recommendation, SAT/ACT scores, essays and interviews.

Areas of study for FGCU Collegiate High School students include science, math, technology, engineering, education and newly added health professions.
