WHO FGCU Weapons and Equipment Research Institute, for sworn law enforcement personnel
WHAT Full day seminar teaches participants case law that mandates policy of patrol canine use, deployment, control, report writing and liability. Retired deputy sheriff and canine handler Terry Fleck is speaker at the seminar. Fleck has taught over 15,000 canine handlers, supervisors, administrators, agency attorneys and risk managers nationwide.
