FGCU Renaissance Academy Presents Summer Internet Surfing, Macintosh OS & iPad Workshops

FORT MYERS, FL - The Renaissance Academy, Florida Gulf Coast University's non-credit adult lifelong learning program, presents three computer workshops this summer.

Surfing the Internet: Tips & Tricks takes place from 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday, July 13. Macintosh OS X Operating System: Tips, Tricks & Apps, takes place from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday, July 13. iPad: Tips, Tricks & Apps, takes place from 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday, July 20. John Guerra, director of Continuing Education and the Renaissance Academy, will be the instructor for all three offerings, to be held at the FGCU Naples Center, 1010 Fifth Ave. S., Naples. The Renaissance Academy offers affordable, non-credit single lectures, short courses, day trips, computer classes, film series, life enrichment classes and other programs. There are no exams or grades, just learning for the joy of learning with friends, neighbors and peers.
