FGCU Renaissance Academy Hosts 2012 Travel Abroad Open House
FORT MYERS, FL - The Renaissance Academy of Florida Gulf Coast University hosts its 2012 Travel Abroad Open House on Sunday, Feb. 5, 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Academy's 1010 5th Avenue South, Naples location. The Academy presents exclusive concierge-style excursions to China, Sicily and Southern Italy, and Tuscany. These excursions are limited to 24 participants only. The Open House is free, but RSVP is required by calling (239) 425-3272.

Since 2002, the Renaissance Academy has sponsored more than 20 high-end, concierge-style excursions abroad. Through unique custom itineraries, participants have the opportunity to visit historic and cultural sites with outstanding local guides. Excursions generally include accommodations in four/five star hotels, most meals and gratuities, private English-speaking guides, deluxe motor coach transportation, and all entrance fees.
Among the Renaissance Academy's offerings are more than 550 affordable, non-credit single lectures, short courses, day trips, computer classes, film series, life enrichment classes, writing workshops, and other special events. There are no exams or grades, just learning for the joy of learning with friends, neighbors, and peers. Course fees are typically $25 per lecture, and provide access to Academy programs located at 12 locations throughout Collier, Lee, and Charlotte counties.
