Led by Tim Cartwright, the four-judge panel represents a dynamic cross-section of leadership within the Southwest Florida business community. Together, the panel is charged with selecting a small to mid-sized business from the Southwest Florida region that has captured the formula for success.
In addition to serving as the chairman of the Tamiami Angel Fund I, Cartwright is the managing director of Compass Advisory Group, LLC, a consultancy group that completes mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring for middle market companies. Flexi develops, markets and supports the FlexiFinancials and FlexiTools accounting software solutions for companies in many industries, including banking, insurance and financial services. Bothe has held numerous senior management positions, including at Computer Associates International, Inc., one of the largest software companies in the industry.
Kvetko is well known for her leadership in the banking industry and for her many contributions to Southwest Florida's community organizations. Named by U.S. Banker as one of the "25 Most Powerful Women in Banking" in 2004 and 2005, Kvetko served for two decades as president, chief executive officer and chairman of the board of Fifth Third Bank Florida operations.
