Lt. Gov. of Florida and State Attorney of the 20th Judicial Circuit to Speak at FGCU Small Business Development Center's 14th Annual Entrepreneur's Law School, Jan. 26
FORT MYERS, Fla. - Lt. Gov. of Florida Jennifer Carroll kicks off the 14th annual Entrepreneur's Law School presented by the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Saturday, Jan. 26 at the Cohen Center. Carroll will greet guests at 8:15 a.m. before she speaks at 8:45 a.m.
"We are very excited that Lt. Gov. Carroll has taken the time to come to this annual event, which helps our small business community," said Suzanne Specht, assistant director of the SBDC. "Often, small business owners have questions or concerns about their business, but do not know where to go or who to hire. This event offers an opportunity to meet several types of legal professionals in one setting in one day."
Keynote luncheon speaker is State Attorney of the 20th Judicial Circuit Stephen Russell. Entrepreneur's Law School attendees will have the opportunity to choose from tracks of 50 minutes each on subjects such as legal contracts, the nuts and bolts of civil litigation, social media and the law, real estate transactions and more.
