How to Register:  Register online by visiting our *ONLINE STORE.  Credit Cards accepted online only! 
On-site registration is available at the Aquatics Center from 11a-7p. Check or cash only for onsite registration. Checks need to be made payable to FGCU Aquatics. *If the online store says unavailable, please hit the "home" tab in the upper left-hand corner to refresh the page.  Then click the Campus Recreation store.

Cancellations: Three (3) participants are required to hold a course. In the event of cancellation, participants may either move money and registration to the next available class or receive a full refund.

Refund Policy: Full refund one week prior to class; refund processing fee will apply thereafter ($25 CPR/$50 Lifeguard and WSI). No refunds issued for failing course. Sorry, no exceptions!  Refunds will take 4-6 weeks to process. No cash refunds available.

Inclement Weather Policy: Classes will still be held in the event of rain. In the event of inclement weather (lifeguard or water safety instructor course), instructor may adjust class schedule to accommodate for weather delays.

1. When can I register?
   Registration office hours are weekdays from 11am-7pm. Registration must be complete the Friday, one week prior to the first day of class.  Depending on availability, late registration may be accepted. However, an additional fee of $10 will be required for late registration. You can also register online by clicking the link to our online store that is posted above.
   
   
2. Do I register online, over the phone, or in the office?
   Online or in office only. Registration online is preferred. If you are using a credit card, please visit our online store (the link is posted above). We can no longer accept registrations over the phone or in the office using a credit card; cash or check only. Please contact the Aquatics Center with any questions at (239) 590-7700.
   
   
3. If I do not meet the prerequisites for the lifeguarding course as outlined by the American Red Cross am I eligible for a refund?
   Yes. You will get a refund minus a $50 processing fee. 
   
   
4. If I already hold a certification in a portion of either a CPR or Lifeguarding course, can I skip that portion of the class?
   No. You need to be present for all session of the class. Please check with the Aquatics Center staff to ensure you hold the correct certification for your discipline.
