The following services are offered through the Recreation Center, either free of charge with valid FGCU ID or for a nominal fee.  If you have any questions about these services, please contact the Recreation Center at 239-590-7935.

 

Campus Running Routes
Looking for a safe place to run or walk?  Check out these routes on campus; we have detailed four different option ranging from approximately 1 mile to 5 miles (measured with GPS coordinates).  Just click on the links below to view and print your own copy of the routes and descriptions.  All routes start and end at the FGCU Fitness Center.
BLUE ROUTE - 3.17 MILES
GREEN ROUTE - 1.08 MILES
RED ROUTE - 4.67 MILES
YELLOW ROUTE - 3.70 MILES

 

Blood Pressure Screening (Free)
Blood Pressure Cuff Screening is available.  Talk with a member of our floor or personal training staff.

 

Body Fat Analysis (Free)
Omron Body Fat Analyzer is an electric impedence device which will calculate the body fat and also provide a body mass index reading. Application is simple and any member of the Floor or Personal Training staff are able to assist you while operating the device for analysis.  Skinfold Testing performed using Lange Skinfold Calipers is also available by appointment.
