Getting Started
ALWAYS bring your EagleID card with you to the Fitness Center. You will need to present your Eagle ID and sign in at the front desk EVERY TIME YOU COME TO OUR FACILITY.
We sell many performance products at the front desk:
- Shakes, Teas, and Waters
- Energy and Protein Bars
We offer many other services as well. They include:
- body fat analysis
- blood pressure screens
- personal training
- group fitness classes
- equipment checkout- basketballs, soccer balls, tennis racquets, etc.
Proper Nutrition:
- Make sure you have eaten 1.5 hours prior to working out.
- Remain hydrated throughout your exercise routine.
- If you feel light headed or nausea, please alert the staff immediately.
What (not) to Bring/Wear:
- Avoid wearing a lot of jewelry.
- Leave your cell phones and purses in your car or dorm room.
- Dress in active wear, shorts and t-shirts.
- No blue jeans or sandals allowed in the Fitness Center.
- Remember your EagleID! You must have this to participate in any of the department's programming or activities.
