Blood Pressure Cuff - electronic device which will provide the user with an accurate blood pressure reading.

Free Body Fat Analysis utilizing the Omron Body Fat Analyzer

Omron Body Fat Analyzer is an electric impedence device which will calculate the body fat and also provide a body mass index reading. Application is simple and the Front Desk or Certified Personal trainers will be more than happy to assist you with the devices operation.

Introduction Session with a Certified Personal Trainer

This service is offered to all first time users of the Fitness Center at no cost to the student, staff, or faculty of FGCU. The Certified Personal Trainer will take you step by step through a pre-designed workout, which will introduce you to the equipment regarding proper alignment and safety. Scheduling can be done at the Front Desk of the Fitness Center or you can approach anyone of the CPTs on the floor and they will set up an appointment with you.

Equipment Orientations

Have questions about how to operate any of our equipment?  Then just ask the certified Personal Trainers on duty...they would be more than willing to help you out!

Towel and Locker Rentals

Tired of carrying a wet towel home with you?  Well, let us take care of that for you!  Check out a towel or lock at the front desk of the Fitness Center.  Semester lock and locker rentals are also available.
