Challenge Program

 All organizations need improved trust, communication skills, better planning, joint cooperation and team work. Often leaders / managers look for new tools that can better facilitate their programs to their full potential. This is one of those programs. 

Challenge programs help all types of organizations to build cohesive working relationships in a non threatening environment.  This environment is based on principles like: challenge by choice, full value no discount policy & even leave no trace.  This type of experiential education program is offered to university, community, and corporate groups at a nominal fee. Our challenge program is intended to further the development of the group skills needed to meet the potential growth expectations of leaders / managers. 

Far too often we as leaders find our groups in a state of mistrust, miscommunication, mixed agendas and non-cooperation that hinder our personal and organizational growth.  We offer a new path to walk, if you are interested in positive group results.

What do we offer at FGCU?

  We offer a variety of low challenge events that will provide team building opportunities for all persons.   Our staff at FGCU has provided training for students, proffessional staff, university employees, corporate professionals, and random individuals.   We are open to any group that is interested in expanding their horizions in a team environment.  Please call for pricing.   We do offer university staff and student discounts.
