Step One:  Fill out the attached reservation request from.  There is an email submit button but if you don't have an email browswer open, you can save it to your desktop and then attach it in an email addressed to srobinson@fgcu.edu and ecc@fgcu.edu

    Please note:  All reservation requests must be submitted atleast 15 business days prior to your request date.

Step Two:  You will receive a confirmation email from the Outdoor Pursuits staff, within 1 to 3 business days, indicating that your reservation has been received and is being reviewed.

Step Three:  Once reviewed, a member of the Outdoor Pursuits staff will contact you to discuss your reservation.
