Eagle Traveling Challenges

 
 

The Eagle Challenge Course staff offers a program option for outside groups - Eagle Traveling Challenges. Our staff will work directly with you to customize a teambuilding experience and bring them right to your place of business or any facility that best suits the needs of your group. 

Just like the Eagle Challenge Course, you will receive 2-4 facilitators to lead your group through team challenges, icebreakers and games. We bring our supplies and props to create your experience. All you need is a group space (indoor or outdoor) large enough for your group size.  Make a reservation for any of the below options by completing the Reservation Request Form.

Program Options
Freshman Level:  Up to 2 Hours
Our basic teambuilding activities: openers, icebreakers, and energizers just to get to know each other.

Sophomore Level: 3-4 Hours
More in depth than the Freshman level: icebreakers, energizers and initiatives to break down some barriers through basic challenges.

Junior Level:  5-6 Hours
Extended activities similar to the Sophomore Level, but with more difficult and longer challenges.

Senior Level:  7-8 Hours
For the group who really wants to perform at the highest level, in addition to the previous levels, this includes difficult challenges, problem solving, and more fun than you can handle. This option includes a one hour break for lunch.

Registration
Step One:  Fill out the Reservation Request Form.  Please note:  All reservation requests must be submitted at least 15 business days prior to your desired date.
Step Two:  You will receive a confirmation email from the Outdoor Pursuits staff, within 1-3 business days, indicating that your reservation has been received and is being reviewed.
Step Three:  Once reviewed, a member of the Outdoor Pursuits staff will contact you to discuss your reservation.

 

Policies and Procedures  
  • Availability of your requested date will be determined based on other groups and staff availability.
  • Please note that submitting a reservation request does NOT constitute a finalized reservation.
  • Campus Recreation staff reserve to right to cancel or deny a reservation at their discretion.
