Start, Renew, or Join a Club
Starting a new Sport Club...step by step
- Gather a group of students all interested in a sport
- Decide who will be the President, Vice President, and Treasurer
- Find an Advisor (Have that person fill out an Advisor Acceptance Form)
- Write a constitution (Click here for a Sample Consitution and Constitution Guidelines)
- Meet with the Sport Clubs Coordinator (Contact Details Here)
- Present your club to the Sport Clubs Council
- Register with Sport Clubs Office (Fill out Sport Club Registration Form)
- Two officers must attend Office of Student Involvement Officer Training (OSI Website)
- Treasurer must attend seperate Treasurer meeting with the Office of Sport Clubs
Notice: All students are guaranteed membership
to any sport club regardless of skill, experience, and gender.
There may be tryouts for a competitive travel team.
If a student does not make the travel team they are still eligible to participate.
Renewing a Sport Club (Spring Semester only)
