Daily and Membership Rates
All Campus Recreation Facilities are FREE for all
*valid FGCU ID holders.
ID must be presented upon entrance, no exceptions!
*Current Students, Current A&P/SP Staff, and Current Full-time Faculty only
Memberships to the general public are now available for all three Campus Recreation Facilities; Aquatics Center, Recreation Center, and Waterfront. In addition,
Gold Memberships are available, which gives members access to all three facilities. A membership registration form and waiver must be completed, along with full payment in cash or check for membership to be valid. Photos will be taken at time of registration. Upon registration, members must show a photo ID to gain access to the facility.
Campus Recreation Daily Admission Rates
Recreation Center Entrance Rate: $10.00
Waterfront Daily Entrance Rate: $3.00 (excludes motorized boating activities)
Aquatics Center Entrance Rates:
Adult (age 13+) $4.00
Child (12 and under) $3.00
Seniors (60+) $3.00
Alumni (with alumni card) $3.00
Guests (non-swimmers) $1.00
Membership Packages Types
The following are the current Campus Recreation membership types. These types, as well as the limitations that go along with each type of membership, must be followed at all times. All membership are pro-rated monthly and expire on December 31st of each year.
Current Students, A&P/SP Staff, and Full-Time Faculty: FREE with Valid, scannable ID!
Individual: One person membership; non-Senior. RATES
Dual: Two people looking to purchase a membership together. They do not need to be related to purchase a Dual membership. For example, they can be dating, cousins, best friends, neighbors, or co-workers. Please note: Both members must be 18 or older for a Recreation Center Membership. RATES
*Family: This membership includes one (1) to two (2) parents and up to four (4) dependants. Every dependent after the initial four is an extra ten (10) dollars. All members must live at the same residence. This membership does not include any extended family members such as grandparents, grandchildren, aunts, uncles, or cousins. This type of membership is not available at the Fitness Center! RATES
Senior: This membership is meant for people sixty (60) or older. This type of membership can be sold as an individual or dual. RATES
FGCU Affiliates (Part-Time Faculty, OPS Staff, and Alumni): FGCU affiliates consist of OPS employees (part or full-time), Part-time faculty, alumni, and relatives of valid FGCU ID holders. This type of membership is available as an Individual, Dual, or *Family membership. FGCU ID or alumni card is required at time of registration. (RATES: Individual - Dual - Family)
Summer Student: FGCU Students who are not registered for classes during the summer but are registered for the Fall semester are eligible for purchases a summer Campus Recreation Membership. Students must have both their valid FGCU ID and a copyu of their Fall gulfline schedule during registration. Session A, Session B, and Sesssion C memberships are available. RATES
*Family memberships are not available for any membership package at the Fitness Center due to age requirements. This includes Gold Membership registrations.
Membership Refund Policy
1. All membership refunds must be made in person.
2. When refunds are calculated, they will be prorated and the refund amount will reflect only the reaminder of the membership period.
3. A $10.00 processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. All refunds will be made via University check and will be mailed within 2-4 weeks of refund request.
