With our experience and knowledge of our unique resources, we can help you in planning a successful event.  FGCU provides an ideal setting with its location in Southwest Florida and a beautiful campus centrally located between downtown Fort Myers and Naples and right down the street from Southwest International Airport.

Whether you're hosting a meeting of five or a major corporate event requiring a meeting space for 500, our centralized service takes the stress out of the event planning experience.

  • Onsite implementation assistance from our friendly Campus Reservations staff

The Campus Reservations Office schedules, plans and assists individuals and groups in event planning to ensure that each campus event successfully projects the University's commitment to excellence. Our office serves as a campus information source to the University and the community by maintaining a campus wide calendar, booking event and space reservations and by assisting in the coordination of other event related services such as catering, audio-visual needs, equipment rental, parking and shuttle service.

The Calendar of Events provides a current schedule of classes, meetings, events, and other activities on campus.
