Catering Services for Your Meeting, Conference or Event
FGCU Eagle Dining offers a variety of meal options that can be tailored to suit your event. They run several campus food establishments, including Einstein Bros. Bagels, Subway, Taco Bell and Starbucks, as well as providing catered meals, such as continental breakfasts, buffet lunches, hors d'oeuvres, plated dinners and more to fit a range of budgets.
Known for excellent quality and beautiful presentation, Eagle Dining by ARAMARK provides Florida Gulf Coast University with meal and refreshment service for all of our meeting and conference functions. Their creative chefs are ready to make your meeting, conference or event an experience — from tempting breakfast pastries to tasty luncheon buffets and elegant gourmet dinners. In addition, their attentive serving staff receives consistent praise for quiet, considerate setup and cleanup during your meeting day.
At Florida Gulf Coast University, we're committed to making your meeting day a satisfying experience. You can select options from their extensive catering guide or our Catering Director will work with you to design a memorable menu specifically tailored to your needs and to your budget.

Use of Outside Caterers
Campus Reservations offers a list of approved, off-campus caterers who have complied with the University's regulations regarding insurance and liability and the University's procedures for campus events. If you do not see the caterer you wish to use on the list of approved caterers, Campus Reservations will work with your caterer to obtain the necessary documentation. In order to accommodate the addition of your chosen caterer, we will require a two (2) week lead time to obtain and verify all necessary documentation.
Outside Caterer must provide copies of the following to be kept on file in Campus Reservations:
- Valid business license from the State of Florida
- Lee County Occuptional License
- Certificate of Liability Insurance
Oustide caterers must agree to provide and comply with the following:
- The University holds an exclusive contract with Coca-Cola. Only Coca-Cola beverages may be sold or given away in conjunction with events held on campus. All beverages sold, dispensed, served, sampled (that is distributed at no cost), advertised or promoted anywhere, anytime on the campus will be Coa-Cola products. This includes and is not limited to, carbonated beverages, energy drinks, sports drinks, juices, bottled waters and bottled teas.
- The University's contracted food service vendor and/or Campus Reservations will not provide any items, such as food, utensils, ice, refrigeration and/or kitchen access, etc. in the event that the chosen vendor has not provided such items.
- Any area and/or furniture utilized by the outside caterer shall be returned to the state in which it was found and all trash must fit appropriately into trash containers or must be removed from the premises when the caterer departs. Any custodial charges as a result of the caterer will be billed to the event sponsor and the caterer could be removed from the approved list of caterers.
