Florida Gulf Coast University has a variety of spaces available for reservations. Facilities can vary in style and setup. Our facilities are available year-round, excluding campus holidays, and support a wide range of needs, from seminars and banquets to professional conferences and youth camps.
FGCU can accommodate a wide range of events from meetings of 10 people to banquets for 500. Our flexible meeting rooms, state-of-the-art audio-visual technology and event planning services are a perfect combination for meetings, conferences, banquets, dances, or other types of events.
We also schedule spaces in academic buildings for non-academic use, such as department meetings, student organization meetings and non-credit review/study sessions. Classrooms are available for rental by outside organizations when space permits.
Campus Reservations will help you reserve space to accommodate your event and take care of details such as room setup, parking passes, and refreshments.
