Please keep in mind that the numbers listed below are estimates. The addition of other furniture and items, such as staging, informational tables, dance floors, etc. will decrease the amount of people that can be accommodated. Your event planner will work with you to select a room that will best meet your needs and the number of people you wish to accommodate.

An event planner can also work with you to design a specialty layout.

Classroom Space

University classrooms range in size and style. FGCU has classrooms that can accommodate from 20 to 65 people. We also have two lecture halls, one that can accommodate 128 and another that accommodate 180 people.

All classrooms come equipped with a technology podium (computer, internet, overhead projection, DVD and Video) and projection screen.

You can view each classroom, its capacity and features, as well as the availability by going to the locations listing on the FGCU calendar. Click on the room name for the room features and the calendar icon for the room schedule.

Outdoor Space

The University also has some outdoor space available for reservations. For specifics on areas available, please contact Campus Reservations at (239) 590-1090 and ask to speak with an event planner.
