How Much Do You Owe?
FGCU does not send out invoices. All billing information is available through Gulfline. Please follow these steps to access your Account Detail for Term in Gulfline:
1. Use your UIN & Pin to login into Gulfline
2. Click on Student & Financial Aid
3. Click on Student Records
4. Click on Account Detail for Term
5. Select the Term You Would Like to Review
6. Click on Submit
The Account Detail for Term screen is separated into three main sections:
Section 1: Term Detail
This section lists all of you charges and payments on your account as of today. The balances in this section do not include any pending Financial Aid or Memos.
Section 2: Authorized Financial Aid
This section lists all of your pending Scholarships and Grants. The balances in this section are net of your Authorized Financial Aid.
Section 3: Memos
This section lists all of your pending Loans, Florida Prepaid, and Third Party Contracts. The balances in this section are net of your Authorized Financial Aid and Memos.
Other Information:
Please keep in mind your Account Balance and Amount Due can show different balances at different times throughout the semester. Your Amount Due is what you owe as of today; it includes all past and current outstanding balances. Your Account Balance; however, includes all past, current, and future charges. The future charges usually consist of Housing Payments. Housing Payments are separated into four installments and are due at four different times in the semester. You can pay your Housing Balance all at once or you can follow the installment plan.
