Bill & Payment Center Explained

Announcements Box:
Be sure to read any announcements listed here each time you login.  They are updated on a regular basis.

 

On the Quick View screen you have the following tabs available to you:

Current Account Status:
This tab will show you your account balance for the current term including pending Financial Aid and recent account activity.  You also have the option to view and pay balances from previous terms.

Click "View Current Activity" to view the details of your Balance or click "Make a Payment" to pay your balance.

eBills:
Coming Soon...

Recent Payments and Credits:
This tab will display information for the last three (3) payments including Financial Aid and Third Party activity posted to your account.

Click "Payment History" to search and view all payments posted to your account.

Create a Refund Profile:
Click on "Payment Profile" to set up direct deposit into your checking or savings account.  You can also click on "Refund History" to view information on electronic refunds that have been issued to you.

 

On the top of the Bill & Payment Center webpage you have a Main Menu.  On this main menu you have the following tabs available to you:

Home:
This tab will bring you back to the Quick View screen, which has been explained above.

eBills:
This tab gives you two (2) options.  You can click on "Account Summary" or "Recent Account Activity".
*Please note your active option will be in gold.

The "Account Summary" tab will give you the ability to view your billing statements and make a payment. 
*Please note billing statements are not available at this time, but will be in the near future.

The "Recent Account Activity" tab will show the Estimated Financial Aid for the current semester and will show you all activity since your last eBill.

To view transactions by term select your respective term from the drop down box and click on "Go".
*Please note if a balance is due on the term, the amount will be displayed in brackets.  This will show you all the charges for the selected term and the date that the charges are due.  You will also see all of the estimated Financial Aid for that term (i.e. Student Loans, Bright Futures, Florida Prepaid, Scholarships, Pell, Tuition Waivers, etc.)

Click on "Make a Payment" to submit your payment.

Payments:
This tab gives you two (2) options.  You can click on "Make a Payment" or "Payment History".
*Please note your active option will be in gold.

The "Make a Payment" tab will display your Current Balance and will give you the ability to start the payment process.  To make a payment click on "pay" in the "Action" column.  You will have a choice of Payment Methods.  You can pay with an electronic check (no service charge) or with MasterCard, American Express, or Discover via PayPath (2.75% service charge).  Select your payment method and follow the respective instructions.

Also on this tab your most recent billing statement will be displayed along with any pending payments that you may have setup.

The "Payment History" tab will give you the ability to search and view all the payments posted to your account.

Refunds:
This tab gives you two (2) options.  You can click on "Refund Account Setup" or "Refund History".
*Please note your active option will be in gold.

The "Refund Account Setup" tab will ask you to click on "Payment Profile" to setup your refund account to begin receiving your refunds electronically.

The "Refund History" tab will show all electronic refunds that have been issued.

Authorized Users:
This tab will give the student the ability to give third parties access to view bills and/or make payments on the account.

This tab will show all current authorized users you have setup.  You can edit their profiles from this page.  To add an authorized user click on "Add an Authorized User".  Once you setup an authorized user the user will receive an email with login information and a link to the login screen. 
*Please note the authorized user will not login to the Bill & Payment Center through Gulfline.  The authorized user will login using an external login page.

My Profiles:
This tab gives you two (2) options.  You can click on "Personal Profile" or "Payment Profile".
*Please note your active option will be in gold.

The "Personal Profile" tab will list your personal information and will give you some notification options.

The "Payment Profile" tab gives you the ability to manage and add new payment methods.  This prevents the need to type in your payment information each time you submit a payment.  You can also request that your refunds be sent electronically to a specific account.
*Please note Electronic Refunds is not currently available, but will be in the near future.
