Tor Ostensen is a Certified Business Analyst with the Florida Small Business Development Center affiliated with Florida Gulf Coast University located in Fort Myers, FL. He received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Pace University and graduate MBA from Wagner College. He is a proud veteran of the United States Air Force.
Tor has many years of experience as an executive with Fortune 50 corporations in accounting and finance management positions.
After relocating to Fort Myers, FL he owned an accounting and tax practice business assisting many small business owners. Tor also has had experience as a small business commercial lender with a major banking institution.
Over the years, Tor has been involved with several Chambers of Commerce, and is active and past president of the Fort Myers Sunrise Rotary club. He has served and been chairman of several not-for-profit organizations.
Tor is a certified FastTrac facilitator. It is a ten week entrepreneurial program assisting business owners start or grow their business. Over 100,000 business owners have successfully completed the program across the country. As a Certified Business Analyst since 2002, Tor has successfully presented scores of seminars and workshops and counseled many, many clients on starting and growing their business. He has been extremely effective working with minority and women business owners.
His philosophy is "Do your best, and let God do the rest."
